The English Voice of Jester in Black Clover
Jester Santelivia is one of those characters in Black Clover who stays memorable despite having limited screen time. He appears during the later arcs and brings a distinct energy to the scene. The English dub cast for Black Clover has rotated over the years as seasons progressed, and tracking down specific roles can get messy. From what I've been able to verify through official media sources and dub databases, the English voice actor credited for Jester in the Sentai Filmworks dub is Briana White. She is an actress and voice performer who has worked on several anime projects over the years.
Revealed The English Voice Actor Behind Jester From Black Clover
Confirming dub casting for minor or recurring anime characters often involves cross-referencing multiple sources. The main problem is that some platforms list incomplete casts, others rely on fan databases that can be wrong, and a few won't even list the character at all. I ran into this when trying to verify a character credit for a colleague who needed the information for a project. Her list was missing Jester entirely, and the fan wiki entry I checked had conflicting information from unverified users. The workaround was to go directly to the official soundtrack and episode credits on streaming platforms, then cross-reference with MyAnimeList's verified staff section and AnimeNewsNetwork's database. These three sources together gave me enough confidence to call it. When they agree, the odds of being correct are pretty high. A couple of things people miss when looking up dub casting: first, many character actors do uncredited work, so even complete databases might leave gaps. Second, the Black Clover dub had recasts and reshoots between seasons, meaning a character might appear under a different voice in the manga-adapted later seasons compared to the earlier ones. Jester only appears in material that aligns with the source manga's pacing, so there is not a separate re-cast situation to worry about here, but it is a common issue worth keeping in mind for other characters.
If you are looking for the audio performances, the Sentai Filmworks English dub is available on Crunchyroll and other licensed streaming platforms. Watching the relevant episodes with the English track is the simplest way to hear the performance directly rather than relying on any single written source. That is usually more reliable than any database I have seen, honestly.
